Cancellation Policy
All appointments are automatically confirmed : If you see the date and time open it’s available. • Response Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply to any questions or messages. • Advance Notice: Bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance. • Rush Requests: Requests made within 5 days may be accepted (if available) with a $150 rush fee. • Deposit Required: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking (no deposit, no appointment). • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due the day prior to your scheduled setup and is accepted only via Zelle, Apple Pay, or PayPal invoice. • Hotel/Venue Access: I do not check in on your behalf. You must be checked in and the room must be fully accessible before I begin. • Check-In Times: Please confirm your hotel/venue check-in time before booking my services. • Cancellations/Reschedules: Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new date with at least 72 hours’ notice. • Same-Day / No-Show: Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit all payments made. • Day-Of Checklist: The week of your appointment , I’ll send a Day-Of Checklist to help everything run smoothly.
